TRUST Single Cask Bordeaux begins with a mash bill of 100% organic hull-less unmalted barley grown in Armstrong, British Columbia. It is triple-distilled in our hand-made CARL single copper pot still. For (8) years, it has rested in mature 220 litre French Oak Bordeaux barrels to gain character, complexity and colour.

Distiller’s  Tasting Notes off the Barrel (63% alc./vol.)

Brown sugar, almonds and spice present with a hint of toffee. The finish is rich and full with cocoa, marzipan and raisin character.

In The Bottle (42% alc./vol.)

Scents of sweet honey, maple syrup and rich spice evolve into flavors of roasted nuts and raisin, with hints of marzipan and white chocolate. The mouth is aromatic, well balanced with notes of rich brioche. The finish is long, smooth and deliciously lingering.
